Distillations

Distilling Thoughts turns four. And there's no better way to start another year of "distillations" but for a cause.

hope

It's been a week since the March 11, M9.0 earthquake shook Japan. As a result, threats from nuclear plant trouble, continuous aftershocks, power and food shortages had been felt and experienced. Japan is needing all the help and support it can get from local and international communities.

I am currently living and working in Japan and consider it already as my second home. Japan has been very good to me and in my own little way, I will try contribute help for recovery. To the readers of this blog, if you plan to help Japan in any way, please do. Please check the site below.

Photography is one of my hobbies; through it, I have captured some of Japan's assets. As an appreciation for the help you've given, I will be sending you an A4-sized print of a photograph of your choice from my favorite shots of Japan. See below photos.

If you want other photos, please check MY FLICKR PHOTOSTREAM. I don't have the original files of some photos though since most them were lost after my HD crashed.

As of the moment, I only plan to print and deliver (to any part of the world) 10 photos. That means the first 10 readers of this blog who can show me the proof / receipt of donation (any amount), can receive the photo of their choice. I would appreciate if you can place in the comment section the photo of your choice. I will handle the printing and delivery (no frames will be provided though). Just contact me at totomai@gmail.com

Thank you very much.
